- Included:Deployment repair
- Included:Critical automated tests
- Included:Failure handling and logging

Not included
- Not included:Available only after an audit or equivalent paid discovery
- Not included:Not every codebase can be rescued at the starting price — some need a rebuild, and we will say so
You receive
- Included:Agreed blocker fixes
- Included:Verification evidence for each fix
- Included:Updated launch checklist
Quoted after an audit. Ask about it in your report walkthrough, or reply to your report email.
What can change the price
We may propose a re-scope before starting if the project is materially larger than the tier assumes, spans several repositories, or sits in a regulated or high-risk domain we are not the right service for. If we cannot do the work well, we say so and refund rather than deliver a thin report. The 5 founding slots are a genuine limit on the introductory price, not a recurring countdown.
A rescue sprint is never quoted before an audit, because a fixed price offered without knowing the state of a codebase is a guess dressed up as a quote.
